Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at operated by EMRYS.

Please be informed that all goods sold are not refundable. We do not accept a form of return due to the sanitary, hygienic and safety reasons of skincare products - but there are exceptions to this.

As much as we take pride in our detailed quality checking practice, we are still offering partial refunds for any damaged items received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your package arrives broken or you received incorrect items, kindly get in touch with us immediately. We will send a replacement of the broken or incorrect items in your order. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Excluding shipping fees. To start a partial refund, you can contact us at We will arrange for a refund within 7 business days of the confirmation. Kindly note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund too.

Only regular prices items may be partially refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
